Our Teachers and Staff
At Little Lighthouse Academy, our dedicated and experienced teachers are the heart of our program. They embody our mission by creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and inspired to explore.
Our team builds meaningful connections with every child—encouraging curiosity, guiding their learning, and offering thoughtful feedback that supports both academic and social-emotional growth. Through patient conversation, hands-on support, and developmentally appropriate practice, they help children build confidence and master age-appropriate skills.

How We Hire
Our hiring process is pretty straightforward. It begins with submitting our Google Form application. From there, candidates typically move on to a phone conversation with a Director, followed by an on-site interview at Little Lighthouse Academy.
To help candidates experience our culture firsthand, we may also invite them to spend an hour or two in the classroom as a working interview. This gives both sides a clear sense of what it’s like to be part of LLA.
